Job information
* Administration, guidance, and compliance on all process procedures.
* Provide general admin support to technical teams to assist them to effectively manage their projects
* Assisting with booking travel and accommodation for the Engineering Department
* Booking in Engineering / Project Orders using Windows CRM Dynamics
* Assisting Engineering Manager with booking Engineering jobs using CRM Dynamics
* Updating & Reviewing Projects Budget Sheets (Excel) along with the relevant Project Engineer
* Collating Engineer's Time sheets - entering data on Budget sheets & Sage
* Engineering & Projects Invoice Preparation
* Raising Engineering & Projects Invoices on Sage
* Preparing Payment Applications in line with Subcontracts - (leading to raising internal invoices).
* Administration of Training Records & Matrixes
* Booking internal / external training course.
* Supplier / Sub-Contractor Questionnaires
* Involvement in HSQE - i.e. collating information and updating job folders.
* Assisting with returns
* Covering other administration tasks when necessary
Benefits
Salary will be 26,000 Pro Rata
Mon to Thurs - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
Holiday - 30 days Pro Rata
