Your new companyHays is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's Top 30 firms of Chartered Accountants to hire for the position of Payroll Administrator. This firm is currently experiencing a high-growth period which represents many exciting opportunities for the candidate to develop their long-term career in an accounting firm.   • Processing weekly and monthly payroll for clients.
  • Calculating SSP, SMP, and other adjustments.
  • Dealing with queries from clients.
  • Processing starters and leavers.
  • Submitting year-end requirements.

What you'll need to succeedThe firm is looking for someone who has:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in the payroll team of an accountancy firm or payroll bureau.
  • Knowledge of CIS.
  • IRIS or STAR software experience (preferred).
