About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a flexible basis. In this role, you will be supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities, helping them with daily activities and promoting their independence either in their own homes or in a residential setting. 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Support Worker in the UK. (Applicants without this experience will not be considered.)
  • Qualifications: SVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred.
  • Driving: Drivers are preferred but not essential.
  • Availability: Flexible rota based on your availability. Please note, full-time hours may be required (we cannot consider candidates with visa restrictions e.g., sponsorship).
