Your new role will see you taking charge of the full lifecycle of electrical switchgear and control panel projects, from initiation to completion. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects, ensuring they align with customer specifications and business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. You will also be responsible for providing technical oversight, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed is a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within electrical switchgear, control panel, or related industry. You should have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, and control panels, as well as a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage cross-functional teams and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office applications is also required.
