As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.Â
This is a fixed-term role for 6 months.Â

What it's like to work hereAs an Assistant Business Services Coordinator at The Argory, you'll play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of business services. Your office will be based at The Argory and you'll work occasional weekends when the properties are running events for Christmas and Easter.
What you'll be doingYou’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.Â
