A produce manufacturer undergoing exponential growth are looking to bring in a Technical Manager to lead their Technical team. Reporting into the Director, this role offers the opportunity to shape the Technical function of a business going from strength-to-strength.
The Role
As Technical Manager, you will:
Oversee all site-based quality and technical operations
Maintain BRC and customer audit readiness
Liaise with key retail customers
Lead internal and external audits
The Candidate
The successful Technical Manager will have:
Proven experience as a Technical Manager or in a senior technical/qualityrole within food production
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Experience dealing with UK retailers and customer technical requirements
