Production Manager - Night Shift- On Site - Dungannon, Co Tyrone

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations on Night Shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

As production manager you will lead at a team of 20 - 30 Production operatives, Supervisors and team leaders in a modern facility to ensure continuous and efficient operations in accordance with Production, Health and Safety, Quality and Hygiene.

  • Manage day to day running of the area and managing production schedules.
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
  • Drive delivery of operational KPI's
  • Ensure that all team members are managed consistently and fairly, taking action with poor performance, and encouraging and recognising good performance.
  • Ensure team members are trained correctly
  • Encourage compliance with all systems, policies and procedures
  • Responsible for hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and employee/visitor safety.
  • Ensure factory is ready for visits/audits at any time
  • Work towards BRC accreditation each year
  • Ensure correct maintenance of equipment to reduce spends on equipment and parts
  • Provide hands on shop floor assistance as required.

Criteria

  • People management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience within a manufacturing facility
  • knowledge of relevant Health & Safety standards
