We are seeking a Front House Manager to lead our team at a bustling leisure facility. The Front House Manager will oversee a team of supervisors and assistants, ensuring smooth operations within our high-volume outlet.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead and manage the front house team, including supervisors and assistants, to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring a positive experience for both children and adults.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and address any operational challenges.
