We are supporting a company based in Great Dunmow with recruiting for a Sales and Business Development Executive, working full time Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. This is an office based position with free parking on site. Salary is up to £30,000 depending on your experience.

This role will suit someone who is confident and comfortable making outbound cold and warm calls as you will play an integral part of this companies ambitious growth plans.

Duties will include:

  • Generating new business relationships through email campaigns, cold calling and social media
  • Lead and contact generation
  • Market research and analysis to identify trends
  • Build and maintain both new and existing customer and client relationships
  • Assist with building and presenting new business proposals
  • Generate reports when required to feedback findings with market research and growth opportunities
  • Think outside the box by looking at new ways to reach bigger target audiences or expand in the existing customer market

To be successful for this position you will need to think strategically and be able to consistently look at ways to grow the customer base and spends. You must be able to understand the customers needs and plan ahead to achieve this. You will be required to keep up to date with industry changes and company product knowledge, supporting the company with conferences, trade shows and events when required.
