Eden Recruitment Solutions Ltd T/A Just Temps are currently seeking an Assembler to join our busy client in Dunmow.Temp to perm£12.00- 12.50/hr subject to experienceWorking Hours and Rate of Pay:Manufacturing jobDay shift, 38hrs / wkMain Duties to Include:Work to a job list, though jobs and demand vary from day to day as set by the department supervisor.Follow written work instructionsFollow Health and safety procedures - use of suits, gloves, respirators, safety shoes, local extractionWe require a flexible approach to work, in a fast paced environment where multitasking is essential.Observe high level of cleanlinessUse of hand tools (measure to length, use sider cutters, spanners, Allen keys etc.)Detailed repeatable soldering, cutting and stripping cable, handling small componentsGood physically health and eyesight. Moving finished items up to 10kg, down a stair well.Weighing out and mix epoxy resin and hardenerUltrasonic clean and preparing moulds and components. Apply release agent and assembly.Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resinAlign and glue componentsFollow detailed inspection procedure looking for: Air bubbles, marks, inclusions, cracks, dents, scratches, cleanliness, & performing electrical insulation & continuity testing.Write concessions and mark-up works orders when required.Packing finished goodsOn the job training will be given.Note: We are still based in Dunmow but will relocate to Braintree in Spring 2025!If you are interested please apply now or call - Just Temps WithamJust Temps acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary staff.
