Transport PlannerJob Role:Make full use of all IT systems, TMS and customer portals to ensure efficient fleetand employee deployment.Fully utilise all vehicles to ensure accurate and appropriate allocation ofdrivers/vehicles.Identify, communicate, and drive any continuous improvements to continuallydevelop the operation of the business.Work closely with the Fleet to ensure vehicles are available to support theBookings team requirement, service scheduling is built into the plan and advisethe operation in a timely manner when there are any risks to vehicle.Communicate and share plans to the Bookings team to deliver throughefficiency and maintain customer service levels.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and work with them tounderstand and resource their schedules.
