As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in selling high-quality new homes, contributing to the growth of a developing brand, and helping buyers through their journey to find their dream home. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Management: Engage with prospective buyers, guide them through the sales process, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Property Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the two new developments and be able to articulate key selling points to potential customers.
  • Show Home Tours: Conduct viewings of show homes, demonstrating the unique features of the properties.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Admin Support: Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately, including sales contracts and paperwork.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on achieving plot exchanges to earn additional commission.
  • Weekend Working: Regular Saturday working (and occasional Sundays), with flexibility on the total hours if needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales Experience: Strong sales background, ideally in new homes or estate agency, with a proven track record of meeting targets and closing deals.
