Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the maintenance manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

  • Designing and developing new electrical and control systems
  • Installation and fault diagnosis of electrical, instrumentation and control equipment
  • Working on a variety of machinery
  • Fault Finding both Electrical & Mechanical
  • Working in a manufacturing environment

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with 400v electrical distribution and control systems
  • Working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
  • Familiarity with HV distribution systems is advantageous
  • Relevant Engineering Qualifications
