Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our clients team in a bustling restaurant or hotel kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the kitchen, supporting the culinary team in food preparation and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
The successful candidate will be:
- Confident working in a busy kitchen and possess prior experience of working in a similar setting.
- Have previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is desirable
- Able to work to the highest standards of food safety.
- Capable of moderate physical activity (lifting pans, standing).
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed in the kitchen environment
