We are actively recruiting for an 'Internal Sales Support Administrator' to join a Dunstable based company. Our client are one of the market leaders within their sector, nationwide, and within Europe.
Working Hours: 08:30am- 17:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 08:30am- 16:30pm on Fridays.
Location: Dunstable, and fully office based, with NO remote working.
Overview:
- To provide a friendly, professional and customer focused internal sales support service as part of the Internal Sales Team. This is a busy team, with a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working as a part of an internal sales team to support the area managers in hitting monthly targets.
- Handling a high level of incoming sales enquiries, via telephone, email and online chat.
- Thriving on a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring every call is answered within three rings, adhering to client SLA's and internal processes.
- Support various on-going outbound calling campaigns about new products, including promotions to existing customer base.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as and when directed by Customer Services Director.
- General admin support.
- Preparing quotes, works requests and invoices, when required.
- Following probationary period there is the potential to earn modest monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Skills Required:
- Prior customer service or sales support experience.
- Confident and willing to make a large number of outbound calls.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred, however, not essential.
- Strong admin skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys sales based environments.
- A polite and positive personality, with the skills required to ensure you remain calm and professional at all times.
