Job: Asbestos Surveyor / AnalystSector: Power and UtilitiesLocation: Luton, England SouthSalary: £35,000 + company car OR car allowance
Job description and experience:
- Asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264
- Based out of Luton covering southern England
- Analytic testing
- Able to lead asbestos survey work up to industrial refurbishment and demolition surveys competently and without significant guidance or supervision
- Takes initiative and, in most cases, does not need to wait for further instruction Able to decide on and implement appropriate methods and protocols
- Working closely with clients to proactively consult them on ongoing asbestos issues.
- Assist in the office with the ongoing maintenance of the quality systems
- Working on mini power stations like old concrete bunker structures across the North of England
- Experience in both air testing and 4 stage clearances
- P402, P403 & P404 qualified asbestos consultant who has a proven track record in the asbestos management industry.
