The Job

  • Set up CNC milling machines, ensuring all tools and materials are correctly selected and installed.
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the machining process to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes and ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with various CNC machines and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
