Job Title:CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator

Rate:17- 21p/h
The Job
- Set up CNC turning machines, ensuring all tools and materials are correctly selected and installed.
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the machining process to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes and ensure efficient production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Able to take a model and create a program offline / setup machine / operate
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with various CNC machines and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
