Events Manager
Beds (LU6)

Hours:
  • Monday - Friday (9-5) Hours may fluctuate in line with client projects

EnRoute Recruit are seeking an enthusiastic people person to join a well established Events company as an Events Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on a broad portfolio of B2B and B2C projects internationally for global brands and responsible for leading the project delivery. Event Managers will lead the global delivery which includes internal comms events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences and most projects often have a large production element.

Our client are a full service agency, maintaining client relationships throughout each project and therefore provide a bespoke service to their healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and stakeholder relationship management
  • Full end-to-end project management of global events
  • Working with team for managing elements of events including delegate registration, accommodation. travel and / or logistics
  • Managing internal team project input including design, compliance and production
  • Taking initial briefs from the client and pitching concepts directly back
  • Sourcing suppliers / venues and negotiating rates
  • Ensuring full compliance with the companys policies and external pharmaceutical standards (EFPIA/ABPI Code and the Physician Payments Sunshine Act).
  • Managing internal and external supplier relationships
  • Preparing delegate packs and badges
  • Onsite or virtual project delivery
  • Budget management, important cashflow and reconciliation
  • Post event reporting including ROI and feedback surveys
Requirements:
  • Organised and self motivated individual
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally
  • Passion for events
  • Minimum of 3 years in M&IT
  • Ideally based in Herts/Beds/Bucks
