FRS are recruiting a Credit Control Manager for a reputable & ever growing business within the construction industry.

Suitable candidates will have strong Sage 50 experience, be personable, hard working & have proven Team Leader or Managerial experience under their belt.

Working within a small finance team, it's vital the successful candidate builds strong relationships across not just the finance team but wider business to ensure the efficient & timely Credit Control process. Key relationships will include Finance, Sales & Operations.

On top of the duties noted below, you will also lead & manage a Credit Control team of up to two members - incentivising, setting KPI's, supervising & generally being a senior go-to for any issues that may pop up.

Duties Will Include:

Responsible for the collections for all legers utilising the team as well as taking up the reigns and issuing email and letters or via telephone

Producing concise month end reports and any other reports required to ensure effective communication.

Dealing with resolution on a variety of queries

Actioning and overseeing allocation of incoming payments

Representing where necessary in client/internal SMT meetings.

Implement process or departmental improvements

Onboard credit control suppliers

Overseeing and actioning pre-legal action letters
