Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors and banks.
• Lead a small but high-performing team to deliver excellence across finance, payroll, and systems management.
• Oversee IT and data systems, ensuring innovative solutions that align with long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive impactful change and sustainable growth.

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with several years of senior finance experience.
• Attributes: Ambitious, energetic, and a skilled communicator with a "get it right the first time" mentality.
• Skills: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems; analytical and problem-solving skills; and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
• Experience: Proven success in leading finance functions and managing multi-site operations.
