• Lead and manage the History department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Develop and deliver an engaging and challenging history curriculum.

• Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.

• Provide professional development and support to departmental staff.

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the wider school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in History or a related field.
