Key tasks;
Train operatives on hygiene tasks against CICs and ensure sign off documentation is carried out against the correct version and training progression sheets
Promote health and safety COSHH and PPE usage
Plan the factory close down cleaning window with the Production Manager, Health, Safety and Facilities Manager & Engineering manager to ensure a smooth operation of time critical procedure to all the correct hygiene standards
Maintain factory GMP on a daily basis keeping the factory clean and tidy and audit ready at all times
Ensure all amenities are kept clean and tidy including all offices meeting rooms
Keep entrances, corridors and walls in a clean state of repair by painting periodically
Keep car park and yard clear and swept regularly
Maintain good micro after clean down days and ensure all chemical contact times are reached
Attend any relevant meetings for Hygiene
Support production hygiene requirements on a day to day basis
Work with Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to ensure all stock levels of disposable PPE and chemicals are kept in line with holding levels
Weekly stock counts
Work with Health, Safety and Facilities Manager on any projects or tasks when required
Raise purchase orders using SAP system and ensure PO tracker is updated daily
Ensure chemicals movement tracker is maintained on daily basis
Ensure PPE tracker, tools and materials trackers are up-dated daily
Have flexibility with your working hours

- Good understanding & able to demonstrate people supervision skill
- Clear grasp of process management and a methodical approach
- Good knowledge of automated equipment & ability to think quickly
- Good food manufacturing experience essential
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Good knowledge of power point, MS Word and Excel systems
- IPAF and PASMA certified
