SEND Teacher - Dunstable, Luton - PAYE - Full-time

Tradewind are currently working with a brilliant SEN school in Dunstable who are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join them on a full-time basis ASAP. You will be required to work 5 days a week during term time. Planning and marking are expected but you will be given time during the week to complete this. The school are willing to consider applications from people without QTS but with relevant experience.

This excellent SEND Setting in Dunstable caters for children with a range of cognition and learning needs. They are an all-through school with children from the age of 3-19 across the school. You will benefit from a supportive SLT who value your input and are always open to suggestions on how to improve teaching across the school. You will be responsible for teaching English, Maths and a range of creative subjects.

  • Plan and prepare lessons for children with a range of different learning needs
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and their parents to ensure a holisitic approach to progress is achieved
  • Creating a fun and exciting learning environment for children with SEND
  • Get involved in the wider school community and represent the school to the best of your ability
