Connells Group is on the lookout for experienced, dynamic and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join our hugely successful team in our buzzing DunstableSales and Customer Service Centre!As a senior sales negotiator, it is your responsibility to provide support to our branch network bycalling prospective customers in order to secure property valuations and mortgage appointments from warm leads.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Upselling:
  • Book Valuations: Make outbound calls to book property valuations and viewing appointments for our branches.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations.
Lead Generation:
  • Generate Leads: Proactively follow up with potential customers to maximise sales opportunities.
Adaptability and Resilience:
  • Respond flexibly to market changes and customer preferences.
  • Handle rejection while maintaining motivation.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, especially over the phone.
  • 2 Years Sales Experience: Background in a call centre, customer service, sales, or estate agency.
  • Results-Driven: Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer care experience.
  • Self-Motivation: Confident, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
