Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Air ConditioningEngineerto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for anAir ConditioningEngineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theAir ConditioningEngineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheAir ConditioningEngineer,will be responsible for:

  • You will be efficiently operating and maintaining new and existing building AC/HVAC services.
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on HVAC appliances.
  • Carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
  • Undertaking general maintenance tasks to suit the client's requirements including:
    • Basic plumbing and & toilet in-blockages, tap temps, emergency light tests etc to assist the general maintenance team.
  • You will also be expected to participate in out of hours call rota and complete all work-related documentation accurately on time.
  • You will carry out Minor new works and complete required certification as necessary
  • Willing to undertake other duties in line with contract deliverables.
  • Ensuring procedures are always adhered to.

To be successful for this Air ConditioningEngineer role you must have:

  • A Refrigeration or Air Conditioning specific Level 2/3 Qualification
  • Experience working as an Air Con Engineer.
  • Experience of maintenance, testing and fault finding on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems.
  • Electrical qualifications are desirable.
  • A full UK Driving Licence
