MANE have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Fabricator to join a leading Aerospace company, in the Dunstable area. This role offers a 4 day working week, with additional company benefits as part of the package.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain approval stamps for Operator verification.
- Assist in the implementation of new techniques and methods to enhance work processes when possible.
- Produce finished ducting components that meet customer specifications using various metals and hand skills (e.g., stainless steel, titanium, Inconel).
- Ensure general housekeeping and tidiness are maintained in the shop.
- Propose ideas to improve production efficiency and reduce costs where feasible.
- Be knowledgeable of all relevant AWPS and operating procedures related to the tasks described above.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's Health and Safety and Fire policies, and attend mandatory updates as needed.
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards work and teamwork.
