Job Title: Community Rapid Response Nurse

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Rapid Response Nurse to join the team in Bedfordshire. This is a short-term agency position, with shifts available across 7 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide rapid response care in the community, including catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, urgent wound care, and medication administration.

  • Conduct holistic assessments and support falls prevention and management.

  • Verify expected deaths and provide compassionate care to patients and families.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and patient care using SystmOne.

Position Details:

  • Location: Dunstable
  • Work Pattern: 08:00-18:00 / 10:30-20:00 (4 shifts a week, across 7 days as required)
  • Rates:
    • Day Rate: 21.49 per hour
    • Night/Saturday Rate: 25.38 per hour
    • Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: 33.98 per hour
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

  • Experience in catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, falls management, and urgent wound care
  • Proficiency in SystmOne
