Job Title: Community Rapid Response Nurse
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Rapid Response Nurse to join the team in Bedfordshire. This is a short-term agency position, with shifts available across 7 days.
Key Responsibilities

Provide rapid response care in the community, including catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, urgent wound care, and medication administration.

Conduct holistic assessments and support falls prevention and management.

Verify expected deaths and provide compassionate care to patients and families.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and patient care using SystmOne.
Position Details:
- Location: Dunstable
- Work Pattern: 08:00-18:00 / 10:30-20:00 (4 shifts a week, across 7 days as required)
- Rates:
- Day Rate: 21.49 per hour
- Night/Saturday Rate: 25.38 per hour
- Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: 33.98 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Experience in catheter care, palliative care, symptom control, falls management, and urgent wound care
- Proficiency in SystmOne
