Tradewind are looking to appoint an excellent TA to join a lovely school in Dunstable to start immediately.

Tradewind are currently working with an OFSTED rated 'Good' school who are looking to appoint a passionate TA to join them on a full-time basis. Your role will entail working with children with additional needs on a 1-1 basis. Any experience working with children with Autism would be highly beneficial. We welcome applications from people with experience of working with Autism in their personal lives or in a different industry. This school are willing to invest heavily in the right person and will provide on the job training.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • GCSE in Maths and English
  • Passion for delivery engaging lessons to enthuse learners
  • Strong ability to build rapport with students with ASD
  • Develop impactful relationships, parents and colleagues.
