Our Client, a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Shift Manager to take charge of their production floor operations. The Production Shift Manager will ensure that all manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, focusing on quality, safety, and team management. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background, proven organisational skills, and a passion for leading high-performance teams. Experience with glass and sealed units is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning and organising production schedules to achieve timely outputs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations on the production floor.
  • Setting and maintaining high-quality control standards.
  • Overseeing production processes to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Adjusting timescales and schedules as required to meet targets.
  • Supporting materials orders and stockpile management.
