With a state-of-the-art workshop and a portfolio that includes some of London's most prestigious projects, the company excels in delivering high-end handrails, balustrades, and other architectural steelwork solutions. They cater to both residential and commercial sectors, providing services from design through to fabrication and installation.

Role Overview:As the Architectural Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing multiple high-end architectural steelwork projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with design teams, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in secondary steelwork and hands-on management experience will be critical to the successful execution of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural steelwork projects, ensuring all aspects are aligned with client specifications and company standards.
  • Collaborate with design, fabrication, and installation teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in architectural steelwork, particularly in secondary steelwork.
  • Proven track record of managing high-end architectural metalwork projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
