Nouvo Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistants Lettings Manager to join their clients thriving branch based in Bedfordshire. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and a successful team. The role will be varied and evolving whilst building and shaping the business. We are looking for somebody with previous lettings experience who is looking to take the next step in their property career.

As a Assistant Lettings Manager your role will involve:

  • Valuing of properties and carrying out market appraisals
  • Helping the manager with the day-to-day management of the team
  • Reviewing and evolving current process's
  • Proactively book appraisals and attend appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
  • Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market.
  • Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let.
  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lets!
  • Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
  • Forward progress with the view of your running your own team in the future.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Self-motivation with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valuing experience is ideal however not essential.
  • Professional, determined, ambitious and focused.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
  • A full UK driving license.

Our client is offering the successful Assistant Lettings Manager:

  • Up to £28000 basic
  • £34000 OTE
  • Ongoing training & support
