Talent Administrator
  • Hourly Rate: £17.42 PAYE 
  • Location: Westminster Bridge Road London SE1 or Houghton Hall Houghton Regis - Hybrid - 2 days in office (one day must be a Tuesday)

We are seeking a diligent Talent Administrator to support our client, a national housing associations, Talent Specialist team during a period of extended leave. This role involves a range of responsibilities including placing adverts, sifting candidates, arranging interviews, processing offers, and maintaining the accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and work to tight deadlines.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with the creation and placement of job adverts across various platforms.
  • Sift through candidate applications to identify suitable prospects.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Process job offers and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Perform data cleansing and maintenance of the ATS to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by the Talent Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or talent acquisition role.
  • Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems and liaising with candidates via phone.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
