Role Details of Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Location: Dunstable
- Hours - Office based hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
- Starting salary - 25,400k per annum
- Probation 6 months
- No cap Commission
What Will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Creating job adverts, and placing on relevant online job boards
- Responding to candidates using phone/email/SMS
- Interviewing/Registering Candidates
- Supporting high volume recruitment campaigns
- Booking workers on to shift rotas
- Liaising with client hiring teams to manage staffing requirements
- Attending meetings/reviews with clients
- Using our internal CRM/ATS systems to keep track of candidates onboarding journey
- Out of hours support on a rota basis
What skills are we looking for in our Trainee Recruitment Consultants?
- Above all else, you must be able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds. The ability to listen and understand applicants job needs is crucial
- Organised - Client recruitment requirements can change quickly. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to this
- Administration - Ability to successfully log and update our CRM with bookings, to help complete payroll.
- Communication - The ability to communicate to applicants and provide feedback on their application journey is critical.
- Travel - the right candidate will have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle - business miles can be claimed back as expenses.
