About the role



As theHead of Product Management, you will:



  • Take ownership of Certsures Schemes and Affinity products, including Online Certification (NOCS), NICEIC Insurance, and our Webshop.
  • Be curious about our customers' needs and deliver plans to continually enhance our proposition
  • Lead a team of Product Managers to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop strategies using customer insights and market analysis to grow market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise customer experiences and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure digital-first practices align with Certsures strategic objectives.



Youll play a pivotal role on the Operational Leadership Team (OLT), influencing key decisions and driving the tactical implementation of Certsures strategic goals.




What you'll be doing


Growth and Strategy:


  • Expand product reach through data-driven strategies and market insights.
  • Bring new concepts to market, leveraging successful prototypes from development teams.


Commercial and Operational Excellence:


  • Drive utilisation of existing products while spearheading new ventures.
  • Oversee product lifecycles and maximise efficiency.
  • Deliver insightful operational and financial reports to senior leadership.


Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Foster a culture of care, innovation, and high performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to enhance Certsures offerings.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets to achieve strategic goals.
