Supervisory experience - essential
Enthusiastic and proactive - essential
Previous food and beverage experience - desirable
Your Duties

Overseeing and delivering an entertaining and exciting experience for our customers
Train new and existing crew members on all areas of the site
Administration such as stock control and rotas
Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
