  • Be willing and committed to developing and sharing outstanding teaching practice.
  • Be able to work in partnership with students, parents, staff, academy council, and the wider community.
  • Have demonstrable commitment to inclusive teaching and learning.
  • Be able to demonstrate the appropriate motivation to work with young people.
  • Use data to inform target setting and planning.

Salary: AST 1-6 31,756-44,015 FTE dependent on experience
