Workforce Personnel is seeking experienced Care Workers to support residential and nursing homes in Bedfordshire and Central Bedfordshire.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in care and possess a caring, empathetic nature with good communication skills.
The role involves providing social, emotional, and physical support to vulnerable individuals, along with manual handling and personal care tasks.
Shifts available include long days, early shifts, late shifts, and night shifts, with flexible working patterns.
The position offers weekly pay, holiday pay, excellent rates, free uniform, and a referral bonus, but does not provide certificates of sponsorship.

Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Care Workers to join our brilliant team to support various local residential care homes and nursing homes in and around the Bedfordshire and Central Bedfordshire areas.The main duties will include: -• Supporting vulnerable people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and elderly people.• Social, emotional and physical support to all clients• Manual handling and personal care.You must have: -

• 1 years experience working within Care

• A caring and empathetic nature
