About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scheme Delivery Manager to join our team. You will manage carriageway and footway refurbishment programmes, ensuring successful completion of highway and streetlighting schemes while maintaining compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
路Manage delivery resources for highway and streetlighting schemes
路Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards
路Collaborate with the Programme Manager and Client to define the Annual Plan
路Oversee the delivery phase and allocate resources
路Conduct design surveys and ECI meetings to inform commercial target costs
路Scrutinize delivery costs and agree on payment applications
路Utilize project management tools
路Promote environmental initiatives and business improvements
路Support the development of direct reports
Skills & Requirements:
路Experience managing construction scheme resources
路Experience in structural maintenance schemes (carriageway and footway resurfacing, surface dressing)
路New roads and streetworks supervisor qualification
路SMSTS qualified
路Relevant construction/project management qualifications
路Knowledge of Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual
路Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Asta, Confirm
