- Monthly management accounts preparation
- Long-term business planning and supporting the annual budgeting process
- Finance business partnering to support internal stakeholders with budget monitoring
- Weekly cashflows and short term finance planningÂ
- Cost analysis and recharges
- Statutory reporting and year end close
- Preparation and compilation of Annual Financial statements and liaison with external auditors to deliver a ‘clean’ audit
- CIMA or ACCA Qualified Accountant (or actively working towards)
- Capable of preparing full set of Management Accounts with insightful commentary and analysis
- Exposure to statutory accounting/year end process & audit liaison
- Ideally, experience within a social housing role beneficial and experience with service charge and rent setting desirable
- Team player - comfortable within a small team and getting stuck in where required
- Good systems exposure and fantastic Excel skillsÂ
