This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the North East's largest architectural practices who provide expert design services across a broad range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their architectural team in their Durham offices
To be successful in applying for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a relevant degree within Architectural degree where you would have gained experience with relevant software such as Revit or AutoCAD. The successful individual's application will be bolstered by having relevant experience as a technologist within a UK practice, assisting with projects across a range of sectors.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
- BSc within Architectural Technology
- Experience with software's such as Revit or AutoCAD
- Relevant post qualification experience within a relevant role would be advantageous
- good technical skills and knowledge of UK building regulations
- relevant experience working on projects within the residential sector would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
- Full UK Driver's License
