Walker Cole International is searching for a Formulation Scientist to join a growing pharmaceutical CDMO in the Northeast. As a Formulation Scientist, you will lead the lead product development efforts for oral solid formulations.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for development projects, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with various teams to manage and execute projects, contributing to the introduction of new products.
  • Ensure all facilities, equipment, and records comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Support product development through experiments, data review, and collaboration, while maintaining adherence to internal protocols and guidelines.

The successful Formulation Scientist candidate will have:

  • A degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, with significant experience in OSD formulation development within a cGMP environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, GMP processes, and Quality by Design principles applied in experiments.
  • Good project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
