Our client, a leading provider of fleet management and safety solutions, is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Durham.
The role is office-based and involves discovering and nurturing qualified business opportunities, managing high sales activity volumes, and accurately recording information in CRM.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
The position offers a salary range of £34k-£37k per year, depending on experience, along with uncapped commission and additional benefits such as 25 days of annual leave and a pension.
Successful candidates will need excellent time management skills and the ability to establish relationships with C-level executives.

The Sales Development Representative will be office based.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Development Representative:

Discover and nurture qualified business opportunities
Manage a high volume of sales activities per day including; account research, emails, social selling and outbound calls
Recording information accurately in CRM
Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs and targets
Develop new innovative ways to generate leads

Sales Development Representative Skills Needed:

Strong written and oral communication
Minimum 1 year experience in a B2B sales role
Experience using CRM
Ability to establish relationships with C-level executives
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Drive and motivation to win business
