Sanderson is collaborating with a leading consultancy to recruit contract business analysts for a public sector programme.
Candidates should possess a solid core BA skillset, including AS IS, TO BE, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills, is required.
Applicants must have active SC Clearance that has been utilized within the last 12 months, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Miro is essential.
The positions offer a competitive salary, and candidates should ideally have several years of relevant experience in business analysis.

Sanderson are working closely with a leading consultancy to support some recruitment of contract business analysts for a public sector programme of work. These roles will be spread across a number of different workstreams and require business change experience.

Key requirements:

Requires solid core BA skillset - AS IS, TO BE, Workshop facilitation, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis

Solid stakeholder engagement across variety of business units and translating requirements
Must have active SC Clearance which has been used in the last 12 months
