Your Role As A Facilities Engineer:* Facilities engineer role - including some utilities work - Days ONLY (Monday to Friday) * Maintain, improve and upgrade the mechanical and electrical aspects of the building / site when required * Carry out any breakdowns or emergency repairs - both mechanical and electrical. The Successful Facilities Engineer Will Have:* A background as a building services / maintenance technician / facilities engineer or similar * Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical engineering - facilities / building services * You must be commutable to Durham Please apply or contact Sam Eastgate for immediate consideration
