A joiner is needed in and around Durham for work on tenanted and void properties for councils and housing associations.
The role involves remedial works, replacing panels, straightening doors and drawers, and fixing kitchen units.
The position offers 40 hours of work per week, from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, for a duration of 2 weeks.
The pay rate is £21 per hour, either through CIS or umbrella payment, with additional benefits including street parking.
Candidates must have previous joinery experience, social housing experience, their own tools and transport, and be able to provide two checkable references.

A joiner is required in and around Durham to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.

The Client

Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties are Mainly Remedial Works, Replacing Panels in Base Units, Straightening Doors & Draws, Fixing and Replacing Kitchen Units, Plinths and skirting.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 2 weeks work.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Joiner
Social housing experience
Own Tools
Own Transport
You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
