The role
We are looking sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. You will cook fresh food dishes to a good standard. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background as a sous chef or a junior sous chef looking to step upto a sous chef level.
