The Package:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in gas systems and associated equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
  • Assessing, dismantling, repairing or replacing relevant parts
  • Support the field service team and upkeep and maintain the various internal operational processes.
  • Knowledge in building fabric repairs.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Travel to various buildings across the site using the company-provided van

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Core Safety: COCN1
  • Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1
  • Commercial Gas Qualifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
  • Gas Safe Registered
  • Strong understanding of heating systems in FM environments
  • Preferred -Legionella, Asbestos, MEWP, First Aid trained
  • A recognised industry qualification and previous experience in FM setting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
