The Package:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in gas systems and associated equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
- Assessing, dismantling, repairing or replacing relevant parts
- Support the field service team and upkeep and maintain the various internal operational processes.
- Knowledge in building fabric repairs.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
- Complete detailed reports and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Travel to various buildings across the site using the company-provided van
Qualifications and Experience:
- Core Safety: COCN1
- Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1
- Commercial Gas Qualifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
- Gas Safe Registered
- Strong understanding of heating systems in FM environments
- Preferred -Legionella, Asbestos, MEWP, First Aid trained
- A recognised industry qualification and previous experience in FM setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
