Site Agent - Durham

I am seeking an experienced Site Agent to join my client in Durham on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on Northumbrian Water AMP 8 projects, focusing on clean or wastewater projects. They take pride in fostering strong relationships with repeat clients and are looking for someone who shares their commitment to excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will have a robust background in the water sector, with proven experience in delivering high-quality projects. Offering a competitive salary and comprehensive package, this position is ideal for someone looking to enhance their presence within the water sector in the North East.
Skills:
- Strong experience in clean and wastewater projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple site values
- Proficient in IT and programming skills, with experience in MS Project
- Knowledge of environmental and health & safety legislation
- Stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Full driving licence
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the water sector

Certifications & Standards:
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering
- CSCS card
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
