Our client are a SaaS business based in Newcastle providing a fleet operations solution. We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of over-achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with SME customers
- Working with the accounts to drive and deliver a high quality experience
- Grow accounts and generate new business where possible
- Maintain an understanding of the product and speak with customers to find the nature of their business needs
- Have plans in place for each customer to push positive outcomes
- Look after clients to identify risks and work with the rest of the accounts team to help ensure successful renewals
- Educate customers to be able to self-manage their system and raise their own support tickets
- Provide internal feedback to be able to better serve customers
- Develop strong relationships with Customer Care, Sales, E-Learning, Operations and Product Solutions to make sure partnerships support sales through service selling.
- Work on expansion, cross-selling and upselling opportunities through the relationship building with the customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- A self-motivated team player
- A strong commercial understanding
- 2+ years Customer Success, Sales or Account Management experience
- Previous experience using Salesforce, CSM/CRM tools
- Use of initiative to get things done
- Enjoys working closely with customers to deliver outstanding experience
